How to ora.asm 3 offline change to online ?

How To change the ora.asm - 3 is offline to online ?

* Notify

- asmcmd lsdg >> RECO Disk Group is Usable_File_MB has negative number

- ACFS File System 3ea ( 11.2.0.4 Oracle DB Instanned ) is checked and normal running
