what is the portal30% schema for?

Hi Team

Could u tell me What is the PORTAL 30% schema used for?

There are a lot of invalid portal30 objects in instance,Will it has any impact on ebs or it's application function if we choose to ignore them or drop them?

(The ebs version is 11.5.10.2)
