In which version of Peoplesoft Bonus Depreciation is introduced?

HI,

We are on 8.8 version of Peoplesoft. Can we use the feature of Bonus Depreciation  retroactively. I don't see the link Asset Management > Depreciation > Bonus Retro calculation > Bonus extract / Report.

Is there any documentary evidence that Bonus depreciation was introduced in the later version of Peoplesoft such as 9.2
