Isupport R12.1.3 - Multi Party Access - which of the Roles need to give users to access

Hi Friends,

I am implementing Isupport R12.1.3 to my client.  I need to give Multi Party Access to few of the users.

Can you please let us know that which of the Roles need to give users to access , what is the navigation to assign roles to users.

I have already done MENU Exclusions and also defined profile option:  "Oracle iSupport: Enable Multi Party Access" at site level to YES.

Appreciate your reply at the earliest.
