Oracle iSupport R12.1.3 - Need to add new fields in SR creation Screen

Hi Friends,

As we know that when customer create SR in isupport portal/page that will store in EBS Service module table CS Incidents all b table.

I have a requirement that to add new fields in the SR creation screen/page/region. Is there any way that we can enable DFF and map to the SR creation page ?.

The oracle seeded iSupport page is looking like as attached screen

How to enable the create / update buttons in iSupport page to create SR in isupport with seeded fields.

Appreciate you great support on this.
