Dependent Exemptions not displaying on classic W-4 page in ESS

We are testing the W-4 changes for 2020 in ESS. We have noticed that the dependent exemptions will save, but are not displaying on the classic W-4 page. We can see them on the admin page. Has anyone else had this issue?
