Multiple Rows in PO_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL - How to Remove?

We have duplicate records in the PO_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL for an organization unit.  What is the best way to remove the duplicate entry?  Can a direct delete statement be used against this table?
