Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. pick drop failed

hi guys

at our warehouse when users are droping the items on the scanners it is giving them the error of "pick drop failed".

what seems to be the problem and how to fix the issue?

should we backorder everything or is the another way to resolve the issue without backodering all the orders?
