Time is not routing after an employee is terminated and then time is entered for the dates prior to

If an employee has time entered prior to their termination and then have time keyed with payouts after the termination row is keyed in Job data, then the time does not route to supervisor and causes AWE errors to trigger routing time to the TL Administrators.
