Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi experts,

We are planning to upgrade our database from 11.2.0.4 to 18c on-premise.

I would like to know few recommendations regarding Oracle Enterprise LInux 7 and RAID.

Is if feasible to configure my new server with RAID 10 and LVM or only RAID10 is recommended.

Please suggest,
