Need to add /9 Y Flag in Schema Service (Import), IP19 Full RR Migration

Hi Support team,

Please suggest on below query.

While doing Asynchronous Full RR migration from Dev to QA, we observed that   Schema Service - Import does not have /9 Y in its ddlimp command , in its logs.

IP19 command from migration app:

ddlimp /R Y /u siebel /p ***** /l \\cdlxxxxx\siebfile\migration\3-ESIDTHG\log\ddlimport_39F0A00BEE92.log /f \\cdlxxxxx\siebfile\migration\3-ESIDTHG\schema\ddlexport_39F09E111C27.ctl /g SSE_ROLE /c CRMQA_DSN /e y

Is there any way, we can add /9 Y  in Schema Service - Import process, so we can run code migrations using migration app.  ?
