Customer Communication for IE PAY: Impact of Previous Employment Pay After PAYE Modernization

Dear Customer,

We have encountered a possible anomaly in RPN Response Upload for some employees having previous employment pay.

We have created a MOS NOTE IE PAY: Impact of Previous Employment Pay After PAYE Modernization (ID: 2624230.1),

which includes one time action plan for identification of affected employees so that necessary action can be taken.

The note provides steps to be taken to resolve the issue w.r.t Previous Employment Information.

If you encounter any problem, please raise a Service Request via My Oracle Support.
