We are getting Seed data error after upgrade to 19.7

Hello All,

We have upgraded our existing Siebel 16 app to 19.7.Db upgrade and Application migration both were completed successfully however on trying to launch the application its giving error as follows,

"Your current application is running in ENU language and the seed data LOV of type ACCESS_RESOURCE_TYPE name BUS_SVC cannot be found in the database for that language.  This is most likely that the current database was not created with ENU seed data.  Please make sure the database contains seed data for the language in which your application is running.  Note that this issue would prevent your application to run properly"
