APP_PAY-33220: Value exceeded allowable range

Hi All,

I am getting the error  APP_PAY-33220: Value exceeded allowable range while calling a function from fastformla. The corresponding PL SQL function is working as expected.

I have attached the function and fast formula details in the attachment. Please help me to identify the issue.
