Garnishment impacted on State Min wage increase 1/1/20

We had Tax update 19E deployed in Prod 12/28, and we had weekly Payroll that's currently run for ppe 12/28 that has check date of 1/2/20. This morning while running Calc, we are seeing issues with Garnishment calc that are based on Fed/State min wage -

The 01/01/2020 effective date minimum wage went into effect before 01/01/2020.

Please advise!
