SQL tuning advisor suggests better plans

HI All,

I've a question on oracle tuning advisor

We have seen few cases where a query runs for longer and after all the analysis and followed SQL tuning advisor which suggests better plans and works always great when pinned it.

Is there any way to make my query to generate such plans without pinning the tuning suggested plan?

Why is my optimizer not able to generate such plans?
