Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Failed to load APRE cache

Hi,

I have a problem when I tried to load APRE cache.

In logs I see the followin:

Insert failed for table F4072Business Data - PROD, index 1 - the record contains a duplicate key

I have the following index

Anyone can guide me? I have tried to find the duplicate record, but I couldnt.
