Approved Entry won't show as available for posting in R12 GL

Hello,

We have a user who is not new to our organization and has been uploading, approving, and posting entries for months without issue. However this month, a user approved an entry and it routed through the workflow as expected. I checked the workflow of the entry and found the workflow had completed successfully. However, our autopost program will not pick up the approved entry. One of our accounting managers attempted to manually post the entry however the option was grayed out. I then tried to piull this entry as a Super User but when I go to "GL Post" responsibility,
