Allow Negative Balances check box.

Hi ,

We had enabled this 'Allow Negative Balances check box' in the month of June for a particular org but the flag was not turned off and now we have a standard PI activity planned  for that org.

Will this anyway create problems and is there a standard report which can show the discrepency.
