How to change Item Location commitment on Existing Work Order

When you create a work order in P48013 the commitment is created against the Primary location for that item.  Is there a way to later change that location to a Secondary location after order creation?  For example, I create a work order for item 123 and its primary location is Racking so that's where the commitment shows.  A day later it's decided the product will actually be placed in a Secondary location called Area07.  Where do I update the work order so that the commitment shows against Floor instead of Racking?  I've looked throughout the P48013 and I cannot see
