HCM 9.2 Can we use Additional Pay component for annual incentive bonus?

We are wondering if the Additional Pay component is the right place to setup recurring annual incentive bonus payments. Payment will be one time a year. Amount will probably vary year to year.

Not sure if this is the proper component or not - we have about 450 bonus eligible employees. Should we use a different component? HR wants to be able to report on employees setup for incentive bonus and the amount of eligibility.
