Unable to query invoice from back-end, able to query from front end.

What can be the scenarios this is happening.

Actually, there couple invoices, not picking up payment, in order to dig the issue i have tried to find the invoice from back-end, but failed to get the invoices. no error, but cannot see invoice. front end, able to query the invoice. Source of these invoices are Amazonwebservices.

Please advise the scenarios here.?
