Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi ,

We are testing the new W4 for self service in out Test environment.

In one of the Test environment I am directed to new W4(2020 page) but in other test environment I am directed to old W4 page.

Is there anything that we are missing?
