What program/process updates F3104 field IPSHFT?

What JDE program/process updates the shift field (IPSHFT) in file F3104?

We currently have a batch process that updates this field but i need the users to be able to enter a shift code directly into this field with a interactive program.

Is there a standard JDE program to do so?
