Help Migrating/Upgrading EM 13.3 repository to multitenant database?

We are running Cloud Control 13.3.   The repository is a 12.1.0.2 database.   We are looking at upgrading to 19c for the repository, as a tenant database.    We do not have currently have any multitenant databases in our environment.  Are there any issues or restrictions with that upgrade?   Any documentation I should look at for known methodologies or pitfalls?
