ASM on third nodes cant start after a new install

GI 19.3

SPARC Solaris 11.3

Installed a new node and added it to the cluster.

Root.sh fails at the last step:

Executing installation step 19 of 19: 'PostConfig'.

PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.cvu

CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.cvu 1 1'.

2020/01/02 08:57:08 CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command '/u01/app/19.0.0/grid_1/bin/srvctl start cvu'

2020/01/02 08:57:08 CLSRSC-112: Start of the CVU resource failed

2020/01/02 08:57:08 CLSRSC-112: Start of the CVU resource failed

Died at /u01/app/19.0.0/grid_1/crs/install/crsinstall.pm line 1352.

Root.sh log file dont give any clue on what went wrong.

If I try to start the cvu manually:
