CopyDomain -clone existed with status 11

Hi,

When I am trying to run copyDomain I am getting the error as - Master or local domain should exist

command - copyDomain -d /pmor2n/rpas03/pp/rpas/PROD_PMOR2N/ldom06/ -clone item,100001476:str,400:week,W01_2019 -dest /pmor2n/fmw/temp/scripts/copy_domain

Can anyone help me out with this?
