FDMEE load is successful but no data in target app

Hello Experts,
We are trying to load file to target planning application via FDMEE. all the processes checks out green and fish is yellow but we do not see data in the target application.
Enviornment - On prem
EPM v11.1.2.4
Planning v11.1.2.4.004
FDMEE v 11.1.2.4.220
- load file has both numeric, date and smartlist.
- Load Method is Target application is All Data Types
- File Type in Import format is Multi Column - All Data Types
Log in process detail has an exception as below.
DEBUG [AIF]: EPMFDM-140274:Message - Exception while applying UD1 mapping on the row: (followed by the names of the header in the file and the data rows)
