BI Publisher Desktop addin is disabled.

Hi,

I have installed BI publisher desktop (12.214.00) 64 bit on windows 10 (64 bit) and I ran Enable Disable BI desktop App to enable the BI publisher. When I open ms word(64bit) I could not see BI publisher in Ribbon. but in excel its working fine.

So, I have opened Word addins option and enabled BI publisher addin. Then it worked fine but when I opened BI publisher again I could not see BI publisher.

I have done all below workarounds

BI publisher not working in office 2016?

Also I would like to inform The BI publisher addin load behavior is Unloaded but in the registry it's value is 3.
