Move design/data from one environment to another

What is the best way to move unifier design/data from one instance/environment to other instance/environment (not necessarily stage to production).

We can think of two options.

1.a.Install Unifier in destination.Load unifier applications (Unifier packages)

1.b.Move design bundle from source to destination

1.c.Move Configuration package/changes from source to destination

2.a.Install Unifier in destination.Load unifier applications (Unifier packages)

2.b.Export unifier schema from source and import to destination

What are the pros/cons ?
