Is there any method to change (or process) F4141.TQOH before the stock actualization in a cycle coun

JDE 9.2 Cycle Count

I found a record with F4141.TQOH informed before the cycle count actualization that didn´t exist in the cycle creation. The end stock result was ok becasue the PI generated ended with the final quantity stock considering the "new F4141.TQOH", but the chage of F4141.TQOH is strange and I can´t find the reason of this change.
