api or interface table name to insert data from legacy system

Hi

we have an requirement to load data from legacy system, it is more like integration with legacy system.

our requirement to create jourval voucher in GL from legacy system, i am looking for interface table where i can insert data from legacy than from auto master program system will create jv in gl module.

is it possible?
