pin_del_closed_accts not working in PS22

We have our Test environment at PS22 version.

While executing pin_del_closed_accts with -f <filename> option ,it is not doing anything and account is not deleted from BRM.

Number of data errors encountered = 0.

Total number of errors encountered = 0
