Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Friends,

I am trying to enable External DFF's for isupport Service Request Creation screen.

I tried to do with Service module with not able to find the Correct Title to enable DFF's
