JDE1 Sales Order - Auto-update Sales Order Unit Pricing when agreement is added or base price is cha

We are in JDE 9.2. WE have customers that have monthly agreements based on an index price we receive at the beginning of the month. However, for our Run Plan purposes, we enter the orders in the previous month so our Manufacturing plants know what to produce. Once all of the January agreements have been entered we want to go back to the orders we created and update the Unit Price automatically without going into each order and updating it manually.

As an example, we entered our SO sales orders for January 2020 back in mid-December, so that the plants could see the estimated outbound tonnage per day in their Run Plans. Since the January 2020 agreement is not in the system, the unit price is listed as 0. We will have the January agreement price in place on January 7. We want to go back to those January orders we created in mid-December and attach the Agreement and update the Unit Price to the new agreement price.
