2020 W4 Page Error

We have applied tax update 19-E and are testing the 2020 tax table changes from patch 30511496 in a lower environment.  When bringing up the new 2020 W4 page we are getting an error message stating "Class Row: assumed property PY_IC_W4_WRK is not a valid record name. (2,269) PY_IC_W4_DATA_2020.Activate  PCPC:16194  Statement:198".  We also receive similar errors when trying to click on the "View Instructions" links on the new page.  Are these errors resolved in one of the patches that came after 30511496?
