Migrate OEM 13c -12.1.0db on OEL6 to OEL7 19c into different host

Hi good day everyone.

Just wanted to get some inputs regarding the above activities

The systems involved include the following:

- load balanced OMS plus 1 remote DR OMS

- 12.1c Repository with local dataguard plus 1 remote dataguard db.

- AOM

- mix of targets mosly linux, 11g-12c db, Weblogic 10, 12


We  plan to move the OEM from OEL6 to OEL7(new hostnames) 

and in the process upgrade the repository db from 12.1 to 19c(new dbname).

Hope someone can share a high level howto outline.
