Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are trying to determine if the county and country on the North Carolina form W-4 in Patch 26423766 is to remove the option or provide it.

After loading patch 26423766, the option to enter the country and county on the PDF version via ESS does not allow entry.
