Backorders are not auto cancelling

Hello,

We have MSRs that are set up to cancel backorders but they are not doing so. We do not run reservation so after the par replenishment process runs, we run order release. The items do have the Cancel Backorder flag set up on the par location the order stemmed from. Our fulfillment rules have to Auto backorder approval and then cancel backorders, and non-soft reserve state is set to Releasable. We also have a line backorder rule that has to cancel backorder always. After the order is created, we run order release however the items that have zero on hand
