Unable to open the CA form W-4 via ESS after patch 27067502 loaded.  An error message appears stating "You are unable to make changes to your state withholding tax data at this time.  Contact the payroll administrator to set up the Company Table for the state."

The company state table is set up for the employee trying to open the CA form W-4.  If you have encountered this issue, we would appreciate how you resolved.

Patch 27067502 also includes MA as one of the states the employee can claim the exemption from withholding tax and yet the form does not clearly indicate such an option exists..  We would appreciate clarification on how other PS users are interpreting the exemption status.
