NC W-2 & SPWL Files

North Caroline Employers using Oracle EBS v12.1 (US Payroll) -

Are there any other NC Employers using EBS 12.1 having trouble processing the ".mf" files for NC for the W-2 file and the SPWL file?

The file extensions produced by Oracle are ".mf" but NC agencies now require the files to be ".txt" and have a different record layout.

Oracle support suggestion was for us to change the file extension which I tried, but the files were rejected for not matching the required file format.

Looking to see if anyone else out there has a solution that has worked for them? Thanks in advance for any assistance/suggestions.
