Reconciling PeopleSoft Federal Tax Calculation

We ran the script to update the 2020 Federal Tax Tables. We see the new rates on the table. However, when we try to calculate what the taxes should be for an employee, it is not matching what PeopleSoft comes up with. In some situations, it's very close. In others, it's off by quite a bit. We have tried several different scenarios including employees who have not made a change and are using the 2019 form as well as employees with various different combinations using the 2020 form.
