CI_JOB_DATA_EMP and 2020 W-4

Does anyone else use the Component Interface CI_JOB_DATA_EMP to bring in new hires from an external source?  If so, are you getting FWT_FORM_VERSION rows inserted with "A" (if we key the hire manually, we get "B").  Please let me know if anyone else is using CI_JOB_DATA_EMP.  Thanks!
