Deposit Advice XML For Terminated Employees

Hello All, we have a custom template for Deposit Advice (XML) we've been using for a while now, but it doesn't produce output for terminated/severance employees. The template itself doesn't have an exception to not process terminated/severance employees, it reflects whatever the Oracle seeded process - Deposit Advice (XML) outputs to an XML file. Is there a built-in security feature to not process Deposit Advice for terminated employees? If there is a setting that can be changed, could someone please guide me through it?
