How can we inactive Customer Party by using "ORACLE CUSTOMERS ONLINE DATA LIBRARIAN"

Hi ,

We need to inactive customer in party level. I found some documents to how inactive customer by using "ORACLE CUSTOMERS ONLINE DATA LIBRARIAN" responsibility.

(Doc ID 883461.1)-seq 2  . But when we search customer by Registry ID Below error message appear .

"One or more transformations used by the match rule have not been staged. Please confirm that all required transformations have been staged."

We need to inactive many customers asap.Please advice some accurate solution for this matter.
