Hi,

Development plan using RHEL 8 for new application which should connect to an Oracle Database (18c or 19c).

Does there exist any Oracle Client, maybe JDBC-Thin-Client which is working under RHEL 8?

Actually Oracle database 19c is supported for OL7, RHEL 7  (and other OS) and not for OL 8, RHEL 8.

Is RHEL 8 certification planned within Oracle product management for near or far future?

I would appreciate knowing some announcements or future plans about RHEL 8 certification for Oracle database.
