Unifier Project Mailbox Issue

Dear All,

We have configured the Unifier email with Outbound e-mail server - "smtp.office365.com" and inbound e-mail server - "outlook.office365.com:993" and inbound e-mail account - "unifier@client domain-name" in Unifier configuration and able to establish the connection successfully.

Now when we send emails from domain-like (Gmail, Hotmail, Other office 365 Domains) we are successfully able to receive the emails to the project mailbox. When email sent from the Client domain mail address, the Project mailbox is not receiving the emails.

We have added the domain name and Individual email address on the Approved Email List. Still no luck
