Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Asset Disposal and zeroing out NBV

Hello Folks,

Is there any recommendation on zeroing out NBV of an asset to be done before or after disposal of asset?

Any implications in any scenario:

Case 1: Zero out NBV followed by Asset Disposal

Case 2: Asset Disposal followed by zeroing out NBV
