Data Item glossary

Hello,

while troubleshooting an issue related to glossary, I found a record in F00165 in data dictionary data source as appear in the image, as it is related to blank data item, is it normal and how it inserted to the glossary table?

Also does the data item glossary description refer to deployment server, or it is only saved in F00165?
