Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. iSupport R12.1.3 Not able to see values in Product Field LOV of SR Creation Page

Hi Friends,

As part of the setups I have done SR Type to product/item mapping for few items.

While creating SR , when I try to choose/search items in product LOV, nothing showing.

Can you pls guide me what is missing here/ what needs to be done to see values in product LOV.
